I truly enjoyed very affordable room in this hotel.

Units with amazing balcony...

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the action! The staff went above and beyond to help us, even arranging transportation when we needed it. The free keyring was a nice touch and the room was comfortable and modern with all the amenities we needed.

This place offers great value for the units, with a prime location near the old town and friendly, helpful staff.

Lovely hotel, I had a such great stay. The personnel was exceptionally nice and accommodating, and the owner too. The setting was favourable and great, just next door to the lake, water puppet theatre and lots of resturants and cafes and resturants and cafes and the old town in Hanoi nearby many shops. Again, I could reach a lively market within easy walking distance of the venue.

In the middle of the city, very convenient. Amicable hotel employees all round. Newly decorated rooms for an amazing value, comfortable stay;)))

Great location in the heart of the old district, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist when needed.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. There were some areas that could have been cleaner, and the remodeling work being done during our stay caused dust and mold, making it uncomfortable to breathe at times.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this budget hotel. All the staff were helpful and accommodating. the room was newly remodeled with an amazing balcony. the location was marvelous for traveling around Hanoi, being close to the old town, the lake, water puppet theatre, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. the lunch at New Day Restaurant within walking distance was fantastic with a wide variety of choices. I had a very comfortable stay, one of the best in a long time.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the Old Quarter and just a 5-minute walk from the lake. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home throughout my stay.

Always return to my go-to spot in Hanoi. Friendly staff offered hot drink on my first visit in the cold. Perfect amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, AC. Can't wait to be back for Easter!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. I could step out the door and be close to everything in the Old Quarter. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff also accommodated my request for a quieter room further away from the street, ensuring a better night's rest. a fantastic experience!

great staff, super friendly. no frills, just a clean and decent place to rest. they even held our luggage while we went to Halong Bay. amazing experience compared to other Oyo's in SE Asia. available staff, spacious room with working A/C, and clean bathroom with a good hot shower. great location and helpful staff. well-decorated and spacious room, great A/C and WiFi.

We had a great experience at Oyo 248 Olive. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the old district. It made exploring the area and the nearby lake very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even let us borrow a guide book for our entire stay, which helped us plan our trip in Vietnam. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home. We would definitely recommend Oyo 248 Olive for a pleasant stay in Hanoi. Cons: Nothing for us 🙂.
